Phumlani Nyawo(1985 -) is a Durban based artist who works predominantly in clay. His artistic journey began at the BAT Centre where he worked closely with Clive Sithole, gaining much of his creative inspiration. Nyawo has participated in many exhibitions including the Innibos National Craft Exhibition where he was awarded a prize for his hand crafted, smoked fired Nguni Bulls.
