Buying from us

  • Prices are in South African rand and include VAT. Delivery costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay. See our Shipping policy.
  • Payment: we accept payment online through Payfast, which offers card payment (Visa and Mastercard), EFT and other methods shown at checkout.
  • Delivery: within South Africa only, or collection from the gallery. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy.
  • Before you pay, checkout lets you review your whole order, correct any mistakes and cancel.
  • Your order record: we email you an order confirmation. If you have an account, you can also view your orders there.
  • Returns, exchanges and refunds: see our Return and refund policy. Under section 44 of the ECT Act you may also cancel an order for goods without giving a reason or paying a penalty within 7 days of receiving them. The Return and refund policy explains how.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at online@kznsagallery.co.za or on 031 217 7705 (+27 31 217 7705), and we will try to resolve it with you. We do not subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution code.
